1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

DropFlow is an internal management tool designed for creators, brands, and small businesses to organize pre-orders and drops. It provides features for managing products, variants, orders, payments, and workspaces.

DropFlow is not a marketplace, e-commerce storefront, or payment processor. It does not facilitate or process transactions between sellers and buyers.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Features

Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

  • 1 workspace
  • Up to 3 active drops per workspace
  • Up to 20 products per workspace
  • Up to 10 variants per product
  • Unlimited orders and payments
  • No export functionality

Pro Plan

The Pro plan includes:

  • Unlimited workspaces, drops, products, variants, orders, and payments
  • PDF export functionality
  • One subscription covers all workspaces owned by your account

DropFlow reserves the right to modify plan features and limits. We may notify users of material changes where appropriate.

5. Subscriptions

  • Pro subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
  • To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
  • Pricing is determined and displayed through the App Store.
  • DropFlow does not charge transaction fees or marketplace fees.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create within DropFlow.
  • DropFlow does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Use the service to store or transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DropFlow does not guarantee the outcome of any transactions between you and your customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DropFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@dropflowhq.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We may notify users of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
