What is DropFlow?
DropFlow is a mobile app for creators, brands, and small businesses to manage pre-orders and drops. It replaces spreadsheets and scattered notes with a structured system for tracking products, orders, and payments.
How do I create a drop?
Open the app, navigate to your workspace, and tap "New Drop". Give it a name, add your products and variants, then activate it when you're ready to start taking orders.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 1 workspace, up to 3 active drops, 20 products, 10 variants per product, and unlimited orders and payments. Exports are not available on the Free plan.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to Pro directly within the app. The subscription is managed through the Apple App Store and unlocks all features across all your workspaces.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, find DropFlow, and select Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please contact us at support@dropflowhq.com. We will process your request and delete your data in accordance with our data deletion process.
